We don't take returns. However, in case you receive a damaged or defective product, you can directly connect with us through the “Contact us” page. 

We will first examine the returned product closely, and only when convinced that it is indeed damaged, will give you your money back.

Remember, a return cannot be made for any other reason than a damaged or defective product. 

At Nynaeve, we have very flexible Exchange policies. 

Reasons for Exchange:  

Change in size- You can exchange with any other size.  

Want to replace the product with another item- Depending on the pricing of the two products, you can swap the received product for any other outfit on our online store.

Things to remember when asking for an exchange: 

Any kind of return or exchange request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The product should be in an unused condition. 

It should have its tags intact.

The product shouldn’t be damaged in any way.  

How to request a product  Exchange? 

Go to the “Contact Us” Page 

Tell us why you want the product exchanged.

Write your Product Id, Courier Tracking Number, and phone number in the contact us detail.  

While sending it back, mention your name, return address, Product id, and “Exchange” on the top of the parcel.
